If you are locked out right now

  1. Get somewhere safe

If you feel unsafe, or a child or pet is locked inside a car in the heat, call 911 first.

  2. Call us

Ring 310-765-9488 with your location and what is locked.

  3. Hear the price

We quote before dispatch, including any after-hours charge, so there are no surprises.

  4. Show ID

Once inside, the technician checks that you live there or own the vehicle.

After a break-in

If someone has forced a door, we can secure it the same visit wherever possible: replacing damaged cylinders, refitting strike plates and rekeying locks if keys were taken. Report the break-in to police first, and take photos for your insurer before the repair.

Avoid emergency locksmith scams

Be cautious of very low phone quotes that rise on arrival, unmarked vehicles and technicians who drill a lock before trying anything else. Ask for a full price on the phone and the technician's name. Our article on what really matters when choosing a locksmith has more tips.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge more at night?

Ask when you call. We tell you the full price, including any after-hours charge, before a technician is sent.

How long will it take you to arrive?

It depends on where you are, traffic and how many calls are open. We give you a realistic estimate on the phone rather than a fixed promise.

Can you open a door without damage?

Most standard residential and car locks can be opened without damage. Some high-security or broken locks need drilling; we explain why first.

Locked out or need new keys?

Call for availability and a quote before any work starts.
